Founded in October 2002, Shanghai SYP Engineering Glass Co.,Ltd.(SYPE for short) is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly invested by SYP Building Glass Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong GLASSLINK Limited. The company mainly produces and sells toughened glass, coated glass, hollow glass and series deep processing products, and has 2 coating production lines using Leybold large coating equipment, 7 tempering production lines, of which 6 are designed by Pilkington, two-section toughening furnace made by Tamglass, 9 hollow production lines, 1 bending toughened glass production line and 4 toughened glass hot dipping furnaces. Its product is oriented in high-end energy-saving building glass, and has annual capacity of 13 million m2 of kinds of processed glass. Since its operation, the company has undertaken many major projects at home and abroad, such as Shanghai Center, Shanghai World Financial Center, Shanghai Expo Center, Beijing National Indoor Stadium, Russian Federation Mansion and HK International Commerce Centre. The products have been certified to ISO9001:2000 of SGS, etc.
