Yizheng SYP Autoglass Co., Ltd., (“Yizheng SYP”) with an investment of RMB 400 million from SYP Kangqiao Autoglass Co., Ltd., was located in No. 18 Wanshitong Road, Yizheng Economic Development Zone. With the registered capital of RMB 280 million and totally 212 employees, its covering area is 152,000 square meters (228 mu) of covering area and 60,000 square meters of building area. The company is specialized in producing automotive glass, and its products are mainly supplied to several automobile factories, such as Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai General Motors and DYKMC. Additionally, its first-stage project was put into operation on 22 May 2013, with an annual production capacity of one million sets of automobile glass.  Yizheng SYP has introduced top production equipment of this field such as pretreatment of 100 ultra cutting mill, the front baffle Taifin furnace, the back block GT furnace, German Benteler cleaning machine and ABB manipulator, even including several top detection device such as ISRA for optical detection and MAPROSS for surface detection, all of which meet the production demand of automobile engine factories. Meanwhile, the products produced by  Yizheng SYP has obtained authentication of the third party as well, including national 3C certification, TUV, NORD and TS16949 certification, with the application for DOT of America and ECE of Europe in progress.
